The proven Rapido range of Allied's profile shank tooling CNC routers offer the complete solution for shaped components, our in-house servicing and cad-cam insert profile system ensures a rapid and flexible service. The Rapido range of CNC routers will meet a great deal of customer's needs from shallow form to a deep panel-raising requirement in any material.

DRILLING

This products on offer to meet drilling and boring requirements has never been greater. We offer many options to suit all production volume and processing speeds. The innovative Isodur range developed by JSO for through drilling and producing blind holes are still proven the most cost effective around producing dramatic increases in tool life and improved surface finish.

CLAMPING SYSTEMS

Our range of products are all about high precision at what we believe is the most vital point of interface with the machine. Clamping chucks and collets play an important part in ensuring all the pre design benefits from the tools are utilised in production. All our chucks are manufactured to the tightest tolerances with the added benefit of balanced clamping nuts incorporating a unique bearing system.

With shank or bore. A great deal of our on going enquiries relate to special tooling solutions on any machine and application we offer a comprehensive service to this point with complete design, application analysis with the usual urgency.

Blade Management - Contract Hire for TCT Sawblades

Aims of Contract Hire To ensure a continuity of supply and service of sawblades, enabling the customer to plan his coming year with the knowledge that all his sawblades and re-sharpening requirements are fully catered for at a fixed price. The customer would not have to order or allow for new tooling, thus avoiding capital outlay at any time. ALLIED would supply, at the agreed re-sharpening price only, all sawblades as and when required, of a quality acceptable to the customer, for all his cutting requirements.
